In case of additional product-specific conditions, they shall apply alongside these Terms. In the event of conflicting provisions, the most consumer-friendly interpretation will apply.

Article 4 – The Offer

The offer will include a clear and accurate description of the products. Product images and descriptions aim to represent the items truthfully, but natural variations in ceramic materials may occur.

The offer will specify:

  • Whether it is time-limited.
  • The rights and obligations related to accepting the offer.

Article 5 – The Agreement

The contract is concluded once the Consumer accepts the offer and meets the stipulated conditions.

For electronic transactions, the Entrepreneur shall:

  • Confirm receipt of the order without delay via email.

Article 7 – Consumer’s Obligations During the Reflection Period

During the reflection period, the Consumer must handle the product and packaging carefully, only to the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
